Terrible Stay

Room was dirty with a layer of dust around the baseboards. Cigarette odor filled my room from the casino below. I complained and was met with indifference. The room was hot and when I asked the front desk for a fan I was told no fans. I called back about the cigarette smell and was offered to a supervisor who sent up a fan but would not change my room. And I was charged daily "resort" fee on top of what I paid your company!

Poor Stay

Decent hotel but the basic room is very bad so I had to upgrade to the next level by paying extra for a night. Also there are resort charges. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant so you need to manage your food outside. The Casino in the hotel is not as big and spacious as many other Casinos in Vegas. The staff at the bar are really very nice.
