The property is a typical 5 star beach resort. Please note that the pics in the website can be quite deceiving. For Example, all rooms do not have bathtubs as mentioned. The rooms on higher floors do not have bath tubs, The rooms and the washrooms are not as spacious and fancy as portrayed. With an extra bed its gets really cramped. Also the location of the hotel is not very convinient if you are looking at exploring dubai as the nearest metro station is a 15 to 20 mins walk away. The hospitality was not normal and was not something to boast about. Infact they missed cleaning our room inspite of us informing the reception in the morning. It was quite annoying to walk into an uncleaned room after a tiring day .They did apologise and offered to send a team to clean up..but it was too late for us as we had to check out the next day. Its a good property if you are plannig to spend more time in the property and not if you are planning to be out the whole day as the beach closes by 6.30 pm and the pool closes by 8 pm.

واحد من اقدم الاوتيلات في منطقه JBR بس تم تجديده . تم استلام الغرفه بعد الساعه ٣ مع ان الوصول كان على ١:٣٠ ظهرا . جيد للنوم ومنطقه المسبح والشاطىء نظيفه . شكرا لموظفه الاستقبال / Zina على مرتين مختلفتين تقوم بكل ما في وسعها لاحتواء اي مشكله . وعمل متواصل اكثر من ١٢ ساعه .

Not a great hotel as far as services are concerned !

Well as far as the location was concerned the hotel is located at a fabulous area with restaurants shops and activities for children sprawled all over the jumeirah beach area. However when it comes to the hotel the service was no at all up to mark! something i did not expect from a hilt-on hotel. At breakfast the servers would come and personally ask us if we wanted coffee or tea and they would take our order but not serve us our order. When we asked for simple tomato soup to be made for our child they flatly refused saying that we can only order what’s in the menu. They took 25 minutes just to give us cutlery in our room upon asking. The ac didn’t work very well. The bathroom water force was so less. The plumber did nothing about it when he came to check. He just very bluntly said “what’s wrong? it’s working fine!”

Disappointing room & fo

We requested a single bed which was allotted ; but the room was definitely smaller than 409 square feet, and lacked privacy. Lighting was improper. With a child, we expected better empathy from the front office duo who allotted the room. As a frequent traveller, i can understand subtle discrimination and definitely felt it. Hilton did not respond well when i complained the same night but responded with a letter when i complained via make my trip. It was too late by then and we had come to terms with a room which was just not worth 1200 dirhams a day. This is our third visit to the property and will be the last. We will visit jbr again but will not stay with hilt-on and the primary reason is this subtle discrimination. To be fair to hilton, everything else was top class except the front office and room experience. Additionally, i get good experience only with 1 in 2 make my trip 5 star bookings. Though make my trip offers best price & booking experience, there is some work to do on customer experience.
