location of the property is good since it's on main road. Food is same for almost all days. No variety. No change. Amenities are all average. Nothing exceptional. services. Didn't ask for the services, so don't know much. Although asked once for the water bottles in the morning and we're told to pay if you are taking it before 9.00 AM. I mean , that's absurd.

Our stay at Arabian Courtyard Hotel, Bur Dubai, was average. The biggest drawback was the lack of amenities in the room—basic essentials that one would normally expect were missing. Cleanliness was also a major concern, as the standards were quite poor and did not match the impression of a 4-star property. On the positive side, the staff was courteous and accommodating, though there is still room for improvement in attentiveness and overall service quality. Overall, the hotel has potential given its location and reputation, but it definitely needs to improve on room amenities and cleanliness to justify a higher rating.

Property is not properly suitable for Indian Hindus. Poor room service. Food is average quality and over all it not best to stay. Hotel room theme is very normal. Ancient old treasury boxes placed in room that are unnecessary.
