Worst hotel. Not good for stay with family or friends. No facilities at all. No service as per rate. Worst quality of Bath towels non cooperating staff. Only photo is good on website at actual very worst hotel rooms.

Good hotel to stay

I stayed for 1 day and hence my judgement might not be correct. The rooms were big and clean. The location of the hotel is about 1km from the Alcazar Cabaret show. But getting to the hotel costs about 150baht. Hotel does not have a restaurant. Indian hotels are 700 metres away.

Location is great and very close to all the daily needs, eat outs and bars. Cabs available just outside. Shopping mall is just a walking distance. Beach is just 5 mins ride. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

Could provide tv with proper remotes. There is no battery in remotes ... Apart from above everything is fine especially room is worth for money ... Cleaning is good and providing water bottles.

Got a very good discount from MMT. Stayed 1 night with friends. Hotel little away from beach. Room size and cleanliness is good. Breakfast is the big disappointment. And so swimming pool. We couldn't not eat the breakfast provided by hotel. We went out and eat in nearby restaurant. I suggest travellers ... Not to book the breakfast along with room(even though is very cheap).

Good value for money, located on 3rd road which is not far from 2nd main road about 10 min walk, easy to get transport from hotel. No breakfast service in hotel, there was electric kettle in room but no supply of tea/coffee/sugar etc. Our family room was big and spacious. There was pool back-side of hotel.

This is located on the SECOND parallel road to the beach. It is EASY to get hop-on hop-off bus to and from the beach if you are on the beach road or the FIRST parallel road. This being on the SECOND parallel, transport is difficult. PLUS, at this price, lots of options in Pattaya.

We found the hotel very good. Hotel staff were very kind and soft spoken. Everything was convenient from the hotel. The only thing we struggled with was the wifi. The hotel wifi was very weak. Every time we had to go to the balcony to use it. Overall, it was a good stay.

I like the hotel. New rooms, good wifi. Bad things are no restaurant and bar. Hotel was cooperative. Makemytrip is the worst site with poor customer service. I raised a request for addition of member in the booking and till date even after the trip is completed, I did not get a call from them. Very poor service makemytrip.

We booked family room. It was very spacious, clean and pleasant. Room was provided with necessary equipments. But no sachets for tea and coffee, sugar etc were provided. We asked for it but they said it is not available.

I like the R-con @ Siam Hotel. New rooms, good wifi. Bad things are no restaurant and bar. Hotel was cooperative. Makemytrip is the worst site with poor customer service.
