This hotel is located near a lot of night markets and Indian restaurants. This made the evenings very comfortable and enjoyable. Late check out rates are quite high. There was dampness in the rooms although the hotel staff tried to help by putting some air fresheners. Overall it was an okay hotel although we expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel.

Located in the centre of the nightlife of Chiang Mai. Rooms are old but clean and good. Service is very excellent and prompt. Staff is very customer focused. Breakfast menu has very limited options and may discourage you if you are not fan of Asian food that too it is overpriced. Restaurant staff is confused due to coordination from the support staff and Language issue. Overall, had a nice stay will rate good 4 Stars out of 5.

This is a nice value for money, well run hotel located on the busiest sections of the Chiang Mai night market and we had a great time staying here. I would strongly recommend them for anyone. They are going through some renovation however but we were not bothered by this at all. We didnot take the breakfast and its incredibly expensive if taken standalone, but this too was no problem as we had several options within a 5 min walk from the hotel.

The stay was good and the property is located next to the night market. Overall it was good and I stayed there before also in 2009. The food was average. We asked for queen bed but was provided with 2 small bed. The airport drop and pickup was good.
