This Hotel cannot be rated, They used curtain to separate rest room and sleeping bed area, IBIS is known brand, they just got into low end chain hotel, In many ways they can be called as Hostel, There is No phone to connect to Reception, For everything you need walk all the way to reception, Not worth money paid, there many better Hotels near by, dont waste your money.

Good hotel, at a walkable distance to the Zurich train station. The rooms are small, and the hotel doesn't have Air conditioner, and window is the only option for ventilation. We requested for a road side room for better ventilation and the staff was kind enough to exchange it with our previous room. The breakfast buffet has minimum Vegetarian options.

I have given one star rating to this hotel because I believe this does not deserve even more than that. The hotel misses out on customer service which is a fundamental requirement for any hotel in the hospitality industry. It lacks courtesy and professionalism which are the two most important pillars for customer satisfaction. To illustrate my point, the restaurant staff was highly rude and treated you as if you do not belong to this place. They lack warmth. Additionally, the room size was extremely small making it difficult to plan your things. The worst part was the room missed out on basic amenities like Water bottle and electric kettle making my stay very difficult and annoying. Moreover, the hotel is way too Overpriced as compared to the amenities offered. Given this is IBIS styles, one would surely expect better service standards as compared to IBIS budget hotels. As compared to other IBIS hotels, definitely one of the lowest in terms of the ratings. The only positive aspects about the hotel is it's proximity to the Railway station which is almost a kilometre away.

The rooms were spacious and well lit with all the required amenities present. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options to choose from. The service was great. The wifi was not working initially, they promptly changed the room. The staff always carried a polite smile and took care of every request. We felt safe and the hygiene was also good. We had a great experience and will definitely come back.

Clean and well organised. But super tiny rooms with bad architectural design. Wash basin in the open, bath transparent and wc without water. No kettle so no tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast is decent.

Hotel was average but big disappointment that no ac available and i asked them so they are telling this is law of switzerland and we can provide you small fan which was very funny to me. Btw it seemed that this complaint is repeated from all guests even i advised the hotel manager which was polite that they should mention that there is no ac in rooms otherwise again an again complaints will come

Location is great its about to 10 minutes from the main station, staff is friendly, breakfast is great have much options for all. Room is very comfy but only issue i face is about the air conditioning its not working properly may be due to summer season. Rest of all is amazing.

While mm t is advertising this as an ac hotel, there is no ac in the rooms and you are told not to open the windows as well. Who uses a table fan in these times? what world is this hotel operating in ! moreso, basic facilities like a kettle and drinking water are not available in the room.

While the ibis style zurich city centre was centrally located, however the service and room cleaning was very-very average. Out of the 7days i stayed there, bed sheets and bedding was never changed, in fact on one day my room wasn’t even cleaned at all. Thanks dr rajiv chhibber
