The hotel is not great. Upon check-in the bedsheets were dirty, the heater didn’t work properly, the breakfast was horrible. It was basically the same food everyday not many options. Not worth the price. The wifi is also not consistent.

hotel looks like residential building, and did not provide basic requirements, and their was no option for buffet breakfast, guest can order only 1 thing out of 4 , mentioned in the menu.. and we were 6 adult and 2kids, and they considered only 6adult can order from breakfast menu.. kids they haven’t considered to order food… and we have to eat from outside, and everything was old style and not well maintained rooms

Very bad pizza which was served in room service of cost of 1400 but zero quality, several times power cut with no efficient backup plan and when it was mentioned at reception then he argued as well, that was bad behaviour. Even the welcome drink was served when it was mentioned that it is there is package. Overall zero customer satisfaction. Bad experience.

It was great stay at hotel orchid, the manager ramesh and staff were very friendly. Hot water coffee and tea are all available in room. Balocony view is amazing u can see annapurna mountain from your room window

The hotel and staff are good, but some management issues are there, like the owner wants to make money without any facilities. I had booked the big room which i was charged extra at the time of booking, but they have provided me a very small room with non functional shower and the toilet seat was too small to fit a 5. 10 ft. Person. Worst thing was price of food in hotel. They are even charging the tea for 450 nepali rupees which is 100 nepali rupees at other better 4 star hotels. They even charge for kid food who is just 1 years old. The breakfast was pathetic. Food qas not available after waiting for long you will get cold food. They just give boiled fried potatoes, tea /coffee, one fruits (watermelon), break toast, omlette and daliya.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and stay was decent but the hotel rooms are not really 3 star qualified and hotel claims it is 3 star. Breakfast options were horrendous and everyday same menu and same standard variety and nothing changed at all. Think before you chose this place for your stay
