Comfortable stay but issue in update of payment

Finding the Hotel Gallery Nepal was quite difficult as signage is named as Hotel Gallery Nepal gallery only. People also don't know the 'z street' as mentioned in address. However, the location of the Hotel Gallery Nepal is suitable, in central area of thamel market. Landmark could be 10 x night club and Hotel Gallery Nepal thamel park or vaishali. The restaurant is mainly for non-veg food. Glass smells like chicken/egg, sometimes. There was issue in update of payment made through credit card while booking. The Hotel Gallery Nepal manager was suggesting to pay the amount (again) at Hotel Gallery Nepal and get refund. However, when it was advised him to get confirmation as i had already made full payment through credit card. Finally, on third day of my stay they could confirm receipt of payment. Overall a very good stay experience.

It's a really great Hotel Gallery Nepal to stay in and they will try to help you in every possible way they can, even they exchanged our money in an emergency at night. Hotel staff is very gentle and polite you can ask them anything anytime they will serve you.
