Bed are not good condition ac is not working the house keeping is also not team is also not hearing our problems so i need my money back

Many problems are there the. Ac is not working after saying at reception to to 3 times they have solved. The bed is not in good condition and the bedsits are dirty and blanket also the room is also not in good condition. So i want my money back and i was not able to stay at that room so i checked out at 4pm o clock. So kindly refund my money asap.

This hotel is the best due to its location and food. Its at a 15 min walk from airport and right opposite to the south gate of pashupatinath temple. Its only 2 stories high so comfortable for people who don't want to climb the stairs much. Food was amazing. One must try their momos and thukpa. We tried most of their veg food and it was all delicious.

I visited the kathmandu with my friend. We have booked a ac room but the ac was not working. , we ask the manager for, he doesn't listen. Room, beds and towels was dirty, small insect were moving in the room. The hotel shows 2*but it is just like a lodge. Cleanness of hotel is very very poor.
