I am soory for your teeth issue because use of our tooth brush, we will take care in this part. regarding your parking and road issue, we alread mentioned that hotel has no inhouse parking you can get nearby private parking on pay basis and the road in thamel is everywhere norrow because of crowded market. We agree you have booking in our hotel but unfortunately you were unable to reach here because of your person issue. We received message from online travel agency after the checkout date so that we were unable to refund the amount because of hotel policy. Sorry for your inconvenience. But it's not the hotel fault. If you come next time in our hotel we definitely give you the better price and service. THANKS Hotel management
