Worst experience 1. Reception staff was rough & non cooperative 2. They behaves like they don’t like indian clients & more interested attend european clients only 3. In-spite of advance request of jain & vegetarian meal, it was not taken care of that 4. Too slow & rude in room service 5. There were no proper utilities in bathroom 6. They are claiming that various free services are available like boating ; sea water activities & many more. But none of that were operational 7. Internet was worst

All the employees are very friendly. The beach and other activities are good. Need to install at least a first-aid kit with thermometer. Pool was quite well maintained with good lighting.
