While the resort shows signs of age, it more than makes up for it with character and an unbeatable location. Just under 10 minutes from bustling Chenang Beach — the heart of Langkawi’s nightlife — the resort offers a peaceful retreat that’s still close to the action. Grab taxis are always just 2 minutes away from the reception, making commuting a breeze. The crown jewel of the property is its private beach, which honestly rivals — if not surpasses — any other beach in Langkawi. It's pristine, quiet, and ideal for sunset views. The pool area, complete with a poolside bar, is another great spot to unwind. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay, while the food is surprisingly affordable, especially for a property of this standard. The breakfast buffet is generous and diverse, catering to a wide range of tastes. What makes the evenings special is the resort’s beachside café, where live music, good drinks, and a sunset backdrop combine for unforgettable moments. After 10 PM, the nearby cafés and restaurants come alive, drawing a vibrant crowd, often spilling over from Chenang. There’s an undeniable old-world charm about the place. I even noticed several fellow passengers from my flight checking in, which speaks volumes about the resort’s popularity among tourists. Best of all, even with a last-minute booking (just 3 days in advance), I managed to get a very reasonable rate — much lower than comparable properties in places like Krabi, even when booked months in advance. All in all, Langkawi Beach Resort and Spa is a value-for-money gem that offers comfort, convenience, and an authentic island experience.

The resort location is 10/10. As they have private beach and it's right infront of the resort. I had booked Garden beach view room. It was so amazing. The amenities were good. Everyday the room was cleaned. There is a play area for kids and my baby loved playing there. We chose room with breakfast option so we got to try their breakfast buffet. They had a large spread of breakfast with lots of varities. Local cuisine, Varities of breads, salads, juices, live Omlette section. But one thing I would like to recommend is to provide South Indian cuisine like Idly or dosa. They had only vadai, chapathi with 2 curries which wasn't tasty. They had wide options for lunch and dinner as well. Though we didn't take actual lunch or dinner, we ordered few items and they were tasty. The pool is Amazing. It's well maintained and there is a pool bar which is cool. overall we had an amazing stay at Holiday Villa. As it was my baby 1st birthday it was very special and memorable.

This resort is really beautiful as it has its own beach.There is lot of greenery , plus they have 3-4 pools with lukewarm water which is hardly available in any other Holiday Villa Beach Resort & Spa Langkawi. We reached the Holiday Villa Beach Resort & Spa Langkawi at 12:45 pm and checkin time was 3 pm, but the Holiday Villa Beach Resort & Spa Langkawi staff made us checkin early as I was unwell. If you are visiting langkawi this a must visit Holiday Villa Beach Resort & Spa Langkawi with decent price.

Location of the property is excellent... It's right next to an amazing beach. Shops and eateries are available nearby. The resort is expansive with a good pool. Rooms are a little old but neat and clean. Staff are polite and responsive. They have many facilities like spa, kids play area and ample parking. Food is above average, a little lacking in variety but good taste wise. They have special vegetarian section for breakfast buffet. Overall a great experience.

Great location, private beach access and scenic garden. 4 restaurants on site...Great ambience never felt like to go out for sightseeing. However would recommend to include indian dishes as this was a challenge. Also would suggest the Pool bar persons to be more friendly and keep a smiling gesture which was missing.

I did a 4 nights stay in Holiday Villa and I must say it's a beautiful property. The check-in time though is 3 on reaching early I could request an early check in. Everything about the place was awesome except that the room had only one charging point that too away from the bed.

On day one how they received us and helping us check-in faster because we have kids they are polite and wonderful people. The last day while checkout also helped us get faster process and very down to earth people who are very friendly and respectful and always trying to help

The Holiday Villa Beach Resort & Spa Langkawi is a perfect blend of serene and scenic beauty with 5 star value. You have a perfect view of mountains from the beach which is just a step outside your room. I absolutely loved it and 💯 recommend to all.

it was a comfortable private beach property. rooms were a bit old but overall spacious to accomodate 3 people. Pool and jacuzzi were good. breakfast was a bit not the expectations in terms of spread also cost was higher almost equivalent to a 5 star property.

Property is Beach facing and is at a great location. Very close to cenang beach. Has good outdoor swimming pool. Haven’t tried food at the property. Rooms are clean, can be little more modern!

Location food facilities overall property was excellent but Rooms were not at all satisfactory. Water drainage in wash basin and bath tub were not working properly and lot of water were collecting. Beds were not comfortable etc.
