We got a good deal. It was my first 5* stay. The location is amazing. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking Bukit Bintang and the hotel pool. Jalan Ator, Pavilion and KLCC park are all a walking distance. Location was easy to access and cabs were easily available. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The park royal collection is located in the heart of the city. It is at a walking distance from most of the attractions like klcc, aquaria, petronas, and the pavilion mall. We were staying in their club rooms and had access to the lounge. The chefs in the lounge were very accommodating and cooked some vegetarian dishes for me every day. Overall, it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend the hotel

It is always a good experience staying at park royal collection kuala lumpur. The hotel has decent facilities, good staff and serves wonderful food. The best part is the location, with nice surroundings and easy access to various places.

Lousy service, indifferent staff

The staff goofed up our booking. They put us in a room allocated to someone else. I called them up and told them that our booking was for 4 days but the kept on insisting that we have paid only for 2 days. After they found the mistake, they shifted us without proper guidance and we found that the lift that they had put us in did not go to the floor where our room was. They did not even apologise for the inconvenience. They did not change the glasses and tea cups in the room and the staff had the temerity to tell us that we should wash them on our own rather than requesting them to change. Only redeeming factor was that they had a good vegetarian spread.
