Good Location, ambience and friendly staff

The hotel is located in Juso which is little off from the center but the train station (JR line) is just ten minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel is equipped with all updated amenities. The buffet spread was excellent and we relished all Japanese delicacies served every morning. We also loved the lounge area where we were able to try authentic Japanese dress (Kimono for ladies and Samurai wear for men) and got our pictures clicked free of cost. There are several restaurants around the hotel and if you are on a budget you can eat outside the hotel. There is an India restaurant also nearby which was quite convenient for us. I would surely recommend this hotel even though it was a little over priced because of the things mentioned above. I wish they could reduce the room rents a bit to make it perfect.

Good Location, ambience and friendly staff

The Hotel Plaza Osaka is located in Juso which is little off from the center but the train station (JR line) is just ten minutes walk from the Hotel Plaza Osaka. The Hotel Plaza Osaka staff was very friendly and the Hotel Plaza Osaka is equipped with all updated amenities. The buffet spread was excellent and we relished all Japanese delicacies served every morning. We also loved the lounge area where we were able to try authentic Japanese dress (Kimono for ladies and Samurai wear for men) and got our pictures clicked free of cost. There are several restaurants around the Hotel Plaza Osaka and if you are on a budget you can eat outside the Hotel Plaza Osaka. There is an India restaurant also nearby which was quite convenient for us. I would surely recommend this Hotel Plaza Osaka even though it was a little over priced because of the things mentioned above. I wish they could reduce the room rents a bit to make it perfect.

The stay was okay. Hotel was very good. Cleanliness was good. Toilets were pretty cramped up. But okay. They give water only at first day. After that you need to purchase water. Umbrellas can be taken freely for use
