Excellent Stay

Staff was friendly, buffet was Good. All facilities in the room was provided. Do not expect a lift or elevator here though as it is located in the old place. People who come with heavy luggage may have to suffer, I guess. Luggage storage option is available here. Water needs to be taken from tap.

We booked double occupancy room, the care taker moved us in a compact small room on the day of check-in and told that you have booked the same. It was off-course not the same room. When she realized, our booking was for premium room, she told us stating that as a favor we will move you to superior room the next day which they did. I paid for both days for superior room. Very limited food options, basically egg, bread and juice is what you can have in breakfast if you are a eggiterian. No proper options available. Overall stay was ok.

Location of the Hotel was quite good. It was a 12 minute walk from the Station. We were given a room in the new wing which is accessed from outside of the Hotel. New wing had a luxurious and warm feel to it. Room had all modern amenities and bathroom for a change was a good surprise Only glitch was cleaning which was not done well Highly recommend the Hotel.
