Misleading Hotel

This Hotel San Luca Venice was truly a Venetian experience with comfortable room - the largest by far we had in Italy, cooperative staff, indulgent amenities etc . The only sore point was their very very slow breakfast service. Things would get finished and take long to be replenished, every day and every time. Telling the Manager about it on Day 1 only did not change anything

I stayed there with my 5 years old daughter and wife. This hotel is located at an excellent location. Just 200 meter from Rialto bridge and 400 metre from St. Mark square. This hotel is located within the market and had restaurants/shops just adjacent to the hotel. We had only 1 day in Venice, but we are able to use our time to the fullest because of its excellent location. Hotel staff was very cooperative and friendly. Rooms were also good, average size and chilled. They had put breakfast at a very small place, so it is difficult to find place if it is crowded (it always used to be crowded as it is Venice)). Overall, it was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay.
