Booked executive room but they gave deluxe room. Room were not ready at check-in time. Bathroom were not clean at all. No parking in hotel and nearby parking is available at very high rent. Service is very slow

Very high parking charges, bathrooms were not clear, no shower place, one bathtub for Bath. Room were not ready for check-in. Booked executive room but hotel provided deluxe room. Room service is very slow, need to call multiple times.
