Great location - 3kms away from the airport. Our flight arrived at 1am and we wanted an inexpensive option to crash (in Kuta). All ratings here are wrt the price - this is value for money gold. Breakfast's included, good Wi Fi, rooms were decent, heck there's even a swimming pool (which other people were using). Carry your own adapters for charging - this is an old place with outdated plug ports. Great for your first/last day in Bali. Smack in the middle of the shopping district but away from the hustle.

The service was not good. The charges for water was almost double compared to other shops. They do not have a restaurant. They get breakfast from outside. The house keeping service is not good. Toilets are not maintained.
