About bali dynasty: the property is nice with good facilities. However, the hospitality really needs to be better especially since there are other hotels where we stayed in bali which were more welcoming. They advertise big time in their lobby that they are very welcoming. However we did not feel that the moment we entered the hotel. We were served welcome drinks and my 2 year old wanted more so we asked the lady if she could get us one more, she refused saying only one per person. Fine we were ok with that but felt they could have been nicer as she walked away with a tray full of drinks back. Then at the lobby, we asked if there was some activity for kids, i was shown a booklet and told that this booklet is in our room and it has all information in it. Again very cold way of telling us that. The pools are small and overcrowded mostly. They advertise that they are a private beach property but it's a small and dirty beach with not a single guest from the hotel there. That's the reason the pools are very crowded. Again we found the information a bit misleading. They also close the baby pools and water rides at 6 pm which is very early leading to overcrowded main pool and family pool. They weren't flexible with the food too. On the day we had to catch a flight, our kids were not eating anything at breakfast since it was too early for them. We requested the food on their plate for takeaway but again were told it's not allowed. Young kids are unpredictable with food and hotels need to be a bit flexible but bali dynasty was not so accommodating again. I asked a waiter for dosas for my kids and was told to go at the live counter and place the order. I went and had to wait for good 15 minutes - first because the lady didn't understand and then because she made pancakes and waffles before the dosa. You also need to pay extra if you want a simple cappuccino or latte. The only complimentary coffee or tea is black tea/coffee. The vegetarian menu can be better. Indian food served at breakfast is nowhere close to authentic and tastes bad including the masala tea. The hotel hosts a night market and there was a painting that we really liked. But we didn't have cash and the seller didn't have a card machine. So we asked at reception if they could swipe the card and give us cash. Again refused by the hotel staff saying they can't do the transaction. The money changer also told us that she can't change below 100 usd. Since we were leaving the next morning we couldn't change so much and had to ultimately leave the painting. Felt a bit bad for the guy who was selling the painting as he had packed it nicely for us to take it. So, overall not a very nice experience as we had come with a lot of expectations but were left disappointed with the service and lack of flexibility. We will definitely not come here again.

We had a pleasant stay. They are offering good buffet breakfast, very courteous service and swift check in and check out procedures.

Cozy rooms with amazing view, for families travel-ling with kids there’s nothing better than this since they have in-house water park & activities happening starting morning till evening. One can also opt for day care option, just need to book in advance. Food served next to pool & in their italian cuisine restaurant is not only delicious, in fact reasonable too.

The property seems to be quite nice and the best part was there pool with water slides (a mini water park)

We had hand picked the resort for its amenities and great reviews for the facilities, esp. For kids. 1. Well maintained and clean facilities 2. Great breakfast with various options for western and regional food. It was really good! variety of eggs, great coffee, pastries, juices, fruit, cereal, local food etc. 3. Good and helpful staff 4. Location is good 4. Access to the beach 5. Two play areas for our 3 year old 6. Great pool area however there were a few things which struck us as odd and we were disappointed a bit. 1. At the time of check-in we were told there is a free photo shoot for our family which got us interested. We booked time with the photographer and everything only to be told at the last moment that it's actually paid and you just get one photo unpaid. While we appreciate the gesture it would be helpful to share complete knowledge with your guests right from the beginning and it lays false expectations. 2. The kids play area albeit a good one remains closed for at least 3-4 hours during the operational period which is inconvenient. The reason is that they also baby sit some kids and the entire day is planned according to their needs. In case you don't want your kid to baby sit and are not paying for paid nanny services, they treat you like you are not welcome in the playarea. Also they shut it for pool time, lunch time, movie time etc. Frankly one of the reasons we booked the resort was for the good play area and if you have to shut it for several hours during the day, my kid doesn't get to enjoy this as much as we would like and we paid a premium to book the resort. 3. It seemed the resort is well oiled machinery for things you are ready to pay for. Give you even though they charge similar. Overall we had good experience.

Pleasant stay with family. Location ok but food options limited. Main swimming pool 6. 5 feet is too deep.

This is an excellent property. I also received an upgrade upon request and honeymoon decorations done in the room. The staff is very polite and helpful. The property is located right on the beach front and their swimming pool is excellent. We choose breakfast in our booking but they dont have much indian vegetarian options in the menu. But this property is just 300 m away from ganesha or kailash prabhat which are pure vegetarian restaurants so we did not face any problems.

They stay was ordinary as there was renovation going on on the property. Also the access to the beach was not good. It was very narrow and congested. There was no available seating for the resort guests at the beach unlike other neighbouring resorts. The lagoon pool was not available to us even though our balcony had the view of that pool

Awesome property at kuta, great location ambience and superb staff maintenance. Good for couples with great breakfast and food options.

It's a decently good resort. Best thing is the location. It's near airport. The rooms are good. We took the garden view with balcony. Toilets are clean and fresh. Swimming pool is lively. We also took breakfast option which is decently good.

Located in kuta area and near beach. Have indian restaurant just at the entrance. Have indoor water park.

The resort is best for family with children, has very nice family rooms with bunk beds and an amazing kids pool with water slides. There is a kids park and kid’s activity room with daily activities. Main pool is beautiful with a water bar. There are shows during the evening, nice in-house restaurants and an Irish Bar too. Also there is Queen’s of India Restaurant just besides the resort. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and our kids loved there stay here. Would recommend this resort for family with kids.

Bali Dynasty Resort is situated in mid of Kuta. Discovery mall is only 5 minutes walkable and good place for local and branded items. Local markets are just outside the resort. Indian restaurant serving vegetarian dishes in walkable distance from resort and this information will be helpful to all Indians visiting Bali and Kuta. In all, it was a good experience staying with Bali Dynasty with full of happenings in resort and surroundings.

Very well laid out place. The rooms may not match the standards of a five star hotel but amply made up by the ever obliging staff and great food. Lot of shopping and transport options and very near to the airport adds value to the first timers and family traveller.

We stayed in Bali for 3 days at Bali Dynasty Resort, the hotel amenities are excellent. Location is perfect close to Beach, Indian restaurant and hundreds of other eating options, shopping, malls etc. Near to hotel. Only drawback is that traffic is too bad. Breakfast at hotel had lot of variety, wouldn't say excellent in taste but good. Hotel staff is very helpful, the tourist information guy, patiently answered all our questions and provided good suggestions.

It was a very average hotel and should not be in a 5 star category at all. Looks very old, small washrooms, very basic amenities. I would suggest to book something near to beach walk.
