The location of the hotel is excellent. All the amenities are nice. Few things which were lacking were receptionist attitude, check-in process and the high amount they charge for the airport transfer. Didn’t try the food as we are pure vegetarian. Good Indian restaurants near by.

Overall no major complaints and good stay in this process point. Goods- right opposite discover mall and walking distance to beach and waterbom bali. Decent sized rooms with pool view and balcony. Property is generally clean and staff are courteous. Breakfast is decent for this price point (toast, pancakes, egg station, juice, tea coffee, fruits, salad section, local food such as nasi rice, fried chicken, sausage, potato wedges. Pool is clean however is a bit small. They have a massage counter next to the pool which is reasonably priced. Things to improve: we found mosquitoes in the room everyday even though we kept the balcony closed. The property can use a round of renovation specialy in bathroom. 4 stars for the stay.
