terrible experience and nobody to go at this property

It was really very bad and nobody to be referred at this place. .we had horrible experience very bad and it was old property and not even proper lift @ property. .at property they behaved very rudely and we nee d to pay for even bath towel or dental kit or water or anything .

Hotel service is good enough, rooms and toilets were clean. But ouster passage area was not clean, and bed and pillow and toiletries were average. They didn't understand english. So, get trouble to communicate with them. Location was good to connect mtrs and bus station, ferry station, hong kong museum. All bazars are near from this location.
