I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience during my stay at your hotel. I was looking forward to a comfortable stay, but unfortunately i encountered some issues that negatively affected my experience. The highlights that i have highlighted are: 1. Bad flaws: i noticed that the level of skin in the room was not up to the mark, as there were no [mention details such as harmful or odors. 2. Lack of cooperation with the staff: some employees cooperated in a place where they could not work, lacked friendliness and were willing to solve problems. I hope that these findings will be considered to improve customer service in belgium, as a level of service that cannot meet expectations does not lead to the success of hotels.

Looking at reviews. I did not reserve the hotel. Due to last minute cancellation of my air bnb. I ended up booking this hotel for our surprise the hotel was big amazing very well maintained common area and for indian especially vegetarian there is good option of food our waiter ahmed clearly communicated in english and served us well break fast has good spread. It is genuine hotel for good price to eat shop and also book cruise hot air balloon etc yusuf did all this for.

This is the most terrible hotel i have ever stayed. It’s worst than a 2 star hotel in a tier 3 town in india. The room service is non- existent, room floors are not cleaned, food was terrible, rooms don’t have sufficient light and power plugs, the hot water was not working until we complained, even drinking water in the room was not complimentary, reception staff not cooperative ( mr. Aw-ad would rank as one of the most customer unfriendly staff in any hotel) i strongly recommend mm t to not list this hotel at all. To top its all we paid rs 21, 000 per night, absolutely not worth it!

Awesome location !!! Clean rooms, courteous staff to make your stay comfortable. The best part is the boat ride to reach the hotel, the hotel offers 24*7 boat service to commute to and fro from the hotel you get a wonderful view of the Nile!
