We stayed there for 4 nights and overall, the experience was quite good. The lady at the reception was incredibly helpful—truly a highlight of our stay. Everything went smoothly: the location was great, the restaurant was nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the checkout experience was extremely disappointing. When we received the bill for our meals at the restaurant, we noticed some extra charges. Upon politely asking for clarification, the owner—who is also the father of the helpful receptionist—responded rudely, treating us as if we were trying to avoid paying. He said, “OK, go go—don’t pay,” in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. It was upsetting to be treated that way just for asking a question. Guests should feel comfortable seeking clarity on charges without being made to feel unwelcome or embarrassed.
