The property is located near the airport, far from the downtown. Also the property is not maintained properly , staff is utterly rude, no proper amenities. They charge for simple things like delivering ice also in the room, whereas if you go and collect from the kitchen it’s free of cost. No hospitality rules. Not recommending this property to anyone in my group.

Pathetic Hotel, please avoid staying her

The hotel is pathetic and nowhere close to a 5 star property. Following observations further elaborate the reasons 1) It's a lizards farm - lizards in the room, restaurant and ailes. The gap between room door and floor allows free movement of lizards 2) The food menu is limited & if you order from outside, the room service refuses to deliver dishes, bowls etc. You will have to go and fetch it from the restaurant yourself. 4) The basic advance request (while booking) to give two adjoining rooms is not fulfilled at the checkin and only when you escalate is where they consider your request.after a day or two. 5) The upkeeping of the property is very average - cracking walls at the bar near the pool etc is no good sight. 6) The pool entry superior room has a small cannel of water and not a pool. This again is dirty with cigarette buds and other droppings in it. I sincerely request people to stay away from this hotel and not book it.

location of property is away from city center and no option for indian for veg option. staff is also very rude and property has become old so many things not working properly like the main door doesnt closed properly. most of staff dont understand english. costly to go vinwonders and sunset cable car. indian travellers looking to enjoy phu quoc better to book hotels or resort near duong dong city center. sol by melia marketing of private beach is a myth. beaches is clean not much facility provided by resort. in all not very good experince in staying at sol by melia.
