Hotel has no amenities, poor service but great location

The hotel has a very nice location but very limited amenities and very poor service. They have in restaurant that serves only breakfast and lunch. Food is greasy and bad. There is no laundromat, no room service and the staff behaves as if they are obliging you. Despite a week long stay, we had trouble getting housekeeping to clean our room properly.

This was one the worst experience i have ever had. The staff didn’t give me the room i booked. There was no water in the room. Reception wasn’t reachable as well and they have put it on iv r system. Towels in the bathroom are spoiled and got stains.
