Terrible stay

From the word go it was terrible. They wanted me to pay for cancel-led booking. No house keeping. No breakfast, lunch, dinner available. Hot water kettle filled with dirty water so unclean, basin in bathroom did not have mixer, separate hot and cold taps. Dingy feeling.
