I like the hotel and the receptionist brother aymeen he is very kind. But the room its not cleaned that much and the ac have issue with cooling. The breakfast is very nice but to reach the restaurant for teh breakfast you need to mins which is not good specially with this weather.

The rooms service is really bad, basic items related to making tea. Coffee is not provided in the room. You have to call the reception and then wait for 40 minutes for them to deliver every day. . Rooms are too small for the amount of money paid. The rooms looks like 2 star property

Congested rooms. Milk & coffee not being supplied with the tea maker. Rude behaviour by the reception desk. My watch charger was left behind. I was in the lobby for more than 6 hours post check out but no one from the house keeping bothered to update the reception or contact me. On my calling them from india to check it being left behind, they confirmed in the affirmative but have not bothered to update, mail or anything

A big shoutout to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Ms. Pragya at reception welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a fantastic visit. Mr. Jamal, the shift manager, was always attentive and ensured every little detail was taken care of. Mr. Ayman and ms. Amal were equally amazing, always friendly and ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication and hospitality truly made me feel at home. The Ibis World Trade Centre Dubai Hotel’s prime location and cheerful ambiance added to the overall charm, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I like the Ibis World Trade Centre Dubai Hotel and the receptionist brother aymeen he is very kind. But the room its not cleaned that much and the ac have issue with cooling. The breakfast is very nice but to reach the restaurant for teh breakfast you need to mins which is not good specially with this weather.

Great check in experience, nice rooms and fantastic customer service ! ibis offered complementary services because they knew we would leave at 1am at night and not use the breakfast service for which we had paid ! overall great

The place was located right near the metro. Metro was walkable. Not just that taxi was easily available. The staff were friendly and helpful. Property was maintained well and cleaned often. Restaurants were accessible too

It was quick check in and welcome us well but room infrastructure was not under-table looks like room made for bunker as well to much rods around room. Location was good very near to future of museum.
