Bad services, location is good, very bad condition of batheroom fixtures

My stay was truelly terrible and nightmare with this hotel, staffs were very unprofessional, i changed 3 rooms in 4 night stay because of very bad batheroom fixtures and fittings, so much flood of water came out, i complained from day 1, that made my istanbul trip worse, never recommend this hotel, only breakfast and those staff were excellent. Rest everything's was terrible
