The Room were good, however the room size was a little smaller as compared to pictures. Location is decent but is far from walking street and Pattaya beach, you would need to take tuk tuk for commuting. Food was a big failure since were limited option available for vegetarian and no Indian food is served. Staff is good and cooperative. Facilities were not much impressive. Overall it was a good stay.

Good location. The food options were very limited. We booked based on MMT recommdation that the food at this hotel is loved by Indians. However, no vegetarian options. Rooms are very small. The ac in room 303 had issues, frequently switching on and off. Had to move to another room 226 after a day which wasted 2-3 hours and messed up our itinerary for that day. The experience was below expectation from a brand like Holiday Inn.

Absolutely superb location and great rooms. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast spread is decent with a great egg station. You can ask the reception for ice and extra water bottles. They don’t say no to any requests.

I checked in on 17 March 25, Check in experience was the worst ever in my life. Extremely rude and impolite front desk staff. I reached at 5 am. Exhausted because of late flight. Room was very old patterned may be its not upgraded since 1990's. Washroom taps were leaking. Bedsheets and blankets were torn. At night the hotel had very poor lighting everywhere. It gives a haunted and spooky feeling. Housekeeping staff was looking around suspiciously. Worst hotel ever. Zero hospitality standards of lowest order.
