A big hotel with poor service

Our stay at this hotel has been pretty poor. The staff were very rigid and not at all customer friendly. The hotel was big and neat, but the staff was pretty poor in their approach. The breakfast was pretty bad in terms of options as well as the quality. The gym and the sports facilities were super. Apart from that it was a bad experience. The pasta restaurant is awesome. You can actually go to this place only for this. Apart from it, nothing great.
