Though the Rooms are Small, they are well-maintained, well stocked. Washroom is well planned for Indian travellers. Breakfast Spread is Sumptuous with a Couple of Indian dishes too The Restaurant Menu Food is delicious. The Welcome Desk is Sufficient and helpful. All in all , Worth the Money Spent on the Room and Food.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, with easy access to both the metro station and ferry, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The hotel is well located with good connectivity by public transport ( low floor buses) to various locations of city & about 38 kms from bangkok airport. Food is quite expensive, staff of hotel not well trained to communicate in english. Even drinking water is given in 2 bottles of 600 ml only per day.

Its a hotel for couples, solo travelers but not for family and kids. Washroom is transparent and visible to family members from room curtains. Vegetarian food and options are very bad. Room size is very small and doesn’t provide options to hang or dry clothes and accommodate kids. We ordered their thali which was average, not fresh, better eat outside and just sleep in the hotel.

Horrible stench in room!

Front desk arranged an early checkin-thanks! opening the room door, i was met with an unbelievable stench! turns out, it’s from the drain outlet in the bathroom. I had to use liberal fragrant sprays to lessen the odor. Most staff at the hotel aren’t trained in customer service. The gym is 8 feet x 8 feet) and they double book it-so you are 2 feet away from another sweaty gym user. Not fun! other hotels in the sathorn pier area are better.

The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. But the rooms are little small(doesn’t have any cupboards) but overall stay was nice. And the room had pool view.

It was a two day visit. Liked the Oakwood Hotel & Residence Bangkok, it is in the CBD area of Bangkok. Rooms however were way too small, no cupboards in the rooms and they are too small for even two people to walk in.

Oakwood is my all time favorite in thailand. The location is so promising and next to saphan taksin metro just 3 minutes of walk. Hotelier behaviour also very much friendly
