Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Rooms r very comfortable AC is good, the view from the room is superb we can see the city night view is gd. Food service is good chef visits to room and prepares food as per our requirements.

Overpriced Stay with Poor Hygiene and Service

The hotel’s lift system is confusing — you must change lifts at the 23rd floor to reach your room. After two nights, I woke up with rashes from bed bugs and housekeeping did nothing. Breakfast is repetitive, and the coffee is always cold with no self-serve option. Overall, not worth the price.

Overall, I am satisfied in what this hotel offers for my three day two nights stay. The location is quite strategic as the street market, bus shuttle and MRT station are only a walking distance. One mall, and tons of pubs, bars, cafe, restaurants are also nearby. The room for improvement is, I think the housekeeping crews need to be re-trained in service excellence as at one night they knocked my room door very heavily and it surprised me up.
