It was a short stay but a nice one, room was clean and had all the required amenities. Staff is very kind and helpful, you have to hike a bit to reach the hotel if coming from the railway station but that is manageable.

Had a wonderful stay , the balcony is amazing , it’s walking distance from the train station and on the Main Street , no hassle finding the place . . Very comfortable and pleasant stay , definitely recommend

The property offers beautiful views of the Matterhorn on a clear day. It is a 10-12 min walk from Zermatt station and a 5 min walk from Matterhorn Glacier Paradise station. The breakfast was sumptuous and the Hotel’s staff was kind and courteous.

Mr peter (manager) is courteous and supportive. What is important to know that we booked the property with a focused choice to avail "air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The said property has no air conditioning nor fan. It gets too hot and we were unable to sleep thru night. Why mm t team provides airconditioner selection, and when chosen and paid for, we were not provided with air conditioning. This is extremely wrong on the part of mm t group to list said property having air conditioning. We request a focused response from mm t team.
