Tamarind Hill is a renovated heritage place. The old charm is well maintained. As it is not a big place, you get personalised care, including customised food options for breakfast and dinner. The rest of the facilities like swimming pool are quite basic, practically not usable. Do watch for Google maps showing the wrong way, take the lane opposite jetwings lighthouse When in Galle, stay here for peaceful noise free environment, personalized treatment l, and no major frills.

The food was excellent, recommend the Sri Lankan breakfast in the morning. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. The entire Tamarind Hill by Asia Leisure had a lovely feeling.
The lawn was beautiful and in the evening, it was visited by peacocks and monkeys which were a delight for the children.

If u plan to stay here, don't think twice. Pictures don't do justice. It's a fantastic property with excellent food and great hospitality. Loved the time we spent there.

Good Tamarind Hill by Asia Leisure for relaxation.. Very good rooms.. Only location is OK... Not close to beach.. Good for families as rooms are very big and spacious... Food is excellent.. Service is also very good.. The pool is nice too.
