Hotel did not give us the correct room as per booking. We had specifically booked a room with balcony with queens bed but they said they don't have balcony rooms available. What is the point of booking if it is found out that type of room in the booking is not being honoured?

Location was perfect and really close to 2 mrt stations too. The food had a lot of variety . The rooms were really clean though they dont provide water bottles as a part of stay (for sustainability I guess). Rest all things were really good.

Could do with a face lift

We stayed for 5 nights. Gr8 location family room had a single + twin bed breakfast was above average did not allow early checkin - had to wait for hrs after a night flight (checkout is 11am and checkin is 3pm - u need 4 hrs to clean a room? can consider checkin at 1pm atleast) no water furniture was antique limited tv channels water leak in balcony - nothing was done after reporting bed was sagging

Not good for indians as there is no indian food available. Also you will not get jets is bathrooms. Better to stay away from this hotel.

Terrible Stay

I am writing this review for the bad behaviour i faced in the said booking. I stayed for 3 nights from 3rd to 6th nov 2024 day one - no one even giving room service and u need to take towel from reception. No water served while check in even after repeated request no one sent luggage to room and we had to carry the luggage even after repeated request. Day two - at night 1130 pm i went to the counter and waited for my turn when i was rudely told to go to room. I was standing to check if my room card was working. I objected when the only reception counter guy mr. said with anger that i had to go to room and check the card and come back if same was not working, i said that the same will be not feasible as i was tired after full day sight seeing. He threatened me that i do not know the consequences of arguing with him i then went back to room and stayed for next night with constant fear of the person. Others at reception on last day were good but we had to carry our own luggage back to reception from the room. Please take action against the hotel and get writing apology for this behaviour also recommend delis-ting the property

Poor Stay

The hotel doesn't have 24 hours in-room service, and didn't support us with our luggage while checking out. Food quality is very bad. Only chinese food available. The dining area is right at the hotel entrance, everyone is eating all the time while guests are going in and out. Sticking chinese food at the entrance lobby all the time.

The staff is not the most friendly. The maintenance and cleanliness is fine. It doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel however. The quality is similar to that of a 3-star. Will not recommend. The location however works.

The experience was really good, the hotel is nice and has treated us really well, it's hygienic and very well maintained, they were very prompt and apt with their service, had video options of unlimited breakfast especially all types of cuisines every day, the hotel is definitely recommended, it's well connected to all the routes, very close to havelock mrt, bus stop is just outside the hotel, hence for travel-ling the hotel location is very convenient, however the lights in the room were very dim, i understand that in hotels generally the lights are dim, but some bright light is also required, also we were unaware of the deposit amount to be paid in the start but we could somehow manage that, here i would like to make a special mention of aarti from make my trip, she has really helped me and resolved all my queries, thanks a lot for all your help.

The room was not cleaned at the time of check in though it was a late checkin. Could hear water dripping in the bathroom drain all through the night. The staff really tries hard but the property needs a overhaul.

Worst hotel

I have stayed in very basic hotel to most expensive hotels but never had problems like this one. We entered in this hotel on 7th of jun e 2024, there were no one in the lobby to help for luggage, when they know we are 5 person and we booked 2 rooms but they asked us to stayed in different floors but after long discussion they finally gave us the same floor. I was in room no 609, the room washroom lock was not working and towels were torn, but this didn’t end here. On 9th we came back hotel by 11 pm and i asked hotel to give me 2 bottles of water but the duty incharge mr refused just saying that our room service is closed and it will open only by 7am tomorrow morning, i again asked time can i re fill my empty bottle he totally refused me, luckily there were another family from my place wo gave me 1 bottle of water. Next day i called reception guy to asked fresh cup and tea bags he told me room cleaner has already put tea bags in your room we can’t offer you more and top of that the advice me to clean my own cup and giving extra cups or water bottles is not in their policy. Worst service and horrible experience.

Room was nice. Close (walking distance) from havelock mrt. Bus was right outside. Short distance from main areas. Breakfast had lots of choices though less for vegetarians. Veg choices were very limited.
