Request for refund due to unsatisfactory room conditions

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent stay at your hotel, as the room quality was well below expectations. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards promised, and i am requesting a refund. The issues included: 1. Poor quality room facilities, with visible wear and tear. 2. The bed sheets and blankets were unclean and had a strong unpleasant odor. 3. Overall room hygiene was unsatisfactory, which made my stay uncomfortable. Given these conditions, i do not feel that the stay provided adequate value, and i kindly request a refund for my booking. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution and trust that you will address these issues to improve future guest experiences

Positives: Decent stay. Value for money. Very close to Entrecompus station. 25 mins from city center (need to change metro stations twice). Negatives: ZERO customer service. It was my wife’s birthday and when asked for a spoon and plate, i was told that i would be charged. No Hot Water Kettle facility in room. Small room (hardly any space to move around) and to place two suitcases. Poorly trained staff. Absolutely NO hospitality. USB charger / plug points in the room inoperative. Wash basin clogged and slow drainage.
