Paid for Durbar view AC room but got back side fan room

1. As mentioned and we paid durbar view room when I checked in, I was given back side room stating all room are occupied. Secondly AC was not working alternative they arrange fan. Frost day they said all rooms are occupied and second day they didn’t reply at all .I think when we book room via make my trip delivered such room. It really shame

The plus point of the hotel is the friendly staff no doubt. It is worth staying at this hotel if you are looking forward to staying within the city limits. Airport is 15 mins away from the property. Also, it is an old structure but well maintained. The food is also tasty except for a few dishes. Breakfast spread was pretty satisfactory but could be improved. The entire staff including receptionist sandhya and in-house cab driver saroj are very welcoming. If i plan a trip to nepal again i shall definitely make a reservation at this hotel only for the amicable staff. Thank you landmark kathmandu team.
