I found the property through a Google map. check in and check out experience was pathetic. I have booked one King size and one standard size room. while checking they were giving in different wings so I have denied the same. after that they have charged additional 950 and were given the room where two single beds were there and amenities are not upto the mark. I have checked in at 12.30 am and checked out at 7 am. ac was not working properly..

Food not good, amenities third class with very poor service. In bathroom shower not working, bathroom not clean. In room service only 1 wall fan which is very bad, wifi not working, ac not working properly. Totally waste of money and in future i recommend not to book any hotel thru make my trip. Make my trip service is also very poor along with hotel service. I want my money back write now. I also write complaint to hotel association of india and nepal. Tv not working

It is a nice and comfortable place to be in thamel. The owners are very cooperative and offers good hospitality. Only downside is that there is no lift service in the hotel so it might become difficult if you get the room on the top floors. No thanks

Hotel was good and clean, hotel staff was also good at behavior and very helpful. Food provided by hotel was also good quality. Ac rooms were really very luxurious at the rates provided. At just 1000 inr the ac rooms were worth to stay. Non ac standard rooms didn't had proper fans, there were no ceiling fan, only wall hanged pedestal fan was provided which was hardly giving any cool air. If you wish to stay in standard rooms then you might feel hot inside the room as fans don't work well. Overall it was a good stay we stayed for 5 nights at this hotel.

I stayed there for 2days late checked in was allowed but late checkout wasn’t all-lowed the hotel charged me additional 1000npr for 6hrs. Too many cockroaches in the room the sheets weren’t clean and itchy bathroom was terrible. Would never recommend to anyone.
