    Room was clean, tv was working fine though only few local channels, ac worked well. Hand shower in toilet area was broken. Service is non-existent. Even though they have an adjoining cafe, said they can't provide any cutlery, couldn't keep a beverage in refrigerator.

    Quite a good hotel with nice clean rooms within a reasonable range. Earlier, we booked expensive hotels but to our disappointed all failed to provide basic amenities but this hotel was above our expectations as the staff was very nice and cooperative plus they provide airport shuttle within 15 minute and also free Wifi as others only say it but there is no free Wifi in other hotels.

    We stayed in the hotel for one night. The hotel is nice for the people transiting through KUL. It was clean and the family room was spacious. I think it is one of the better hotels if you want to stay for a day during your transit in KUL. There are a few restaurants near the hotel. The hotel has also shuttle service to the airport. However, this service is available in every hour, i.e. either 8 or 9 am. The hotel charged huge amount for four people.

    Close to the airport, just 20mins away. Peaceful vicinity. Indian restaurants nearby. Beer shop just next door. Just mind they don't provide early check in, very rigid about it, they charge for every hour for early checkin. Good for a night stay.
