Terrible Stay

There is no food in Hotel, not a comfortable stay there. All The time need to climb to 3rd floor because no lift there. Too small room size. No wardrobe. Not enough lighting. Broken hand shower. No shampoo in bathroom no heater in bathroom. The exhaust fan not working always bad smell in room too much suffocation. No water force required level to work properly shower. Its really a wasting of money. There. I make a complaint in your web but no response from your Side so I forced to make bad review about your service.
Its not a 3 star Hotel as in your web and there is no breakfast as shown in web and WiFi not good. No lift in Hotel. The front desk not customer friendly. And nothing enough for we pay.
