Good location near central tokyo. Good room size. Nice view of Tokyo Tower. Since flight landed very early they charged us extra for 1 night for early check in.

Worst stay! Don't travel if your with family or senior Citizens or Indians

I was traveling with my family and their friends and most were senior citizens. Staff had lack of compassion and were not ready to help or try to make it the guest feel safe and comfortable. they were not ready to go out of their way to help in anyway and were mostly not easy to communicate. Even MakeMyTrip staff couldn't make them understand the problem and even then the problem wasn't resolved. Worst hotel if your senior citizen or traveling with your family or from a foreign country pls don't visit this hotel! Worst hotel in Japan! And specially if your an international tourist! One of the worst hotel! I checked in today with my senior citizen parents! We are group of 13 and have booked 7 rooms! We are Indians and visting Tokyo Japan for the first time! I have booked 2 seprate books for myself and another room for my parents! I requested them to give me a spare key to the room of my parents and they refused! I told them that I have paid for both the rooms and I don't want to disturb my parents again and again by knocking in their room! Their staff is very inconsiderate and very rude and also has no compassion! The staff is very unkind and not helpful! Pls don't stay in this hotel! I checked in today for 2 days and regretting it already! Worst hotel for the tourist! Food is horrible no chicken only beef and pork and no vegetarian options. Very bland and untasty food.

Italian menu for an Indian is a good option against the Japanese menu. I loved the breakfast which was good and able to have a good time there. The accommodation was spacious compared to normal size in Japan.
