Recommend stay here for a few days esp for those who need airport access

Great location, we loved that it was just next to the Keisi Skyliner exit and perfect for airport access. JR and metro lines are nearby too so access to anywhere in Tokyo is superb. Rooms are super tiny and 2 small elevators serve the entire hotel. That being said, the rooms are perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay, from towels and yukata to tea/coffee replacement daily. Mandatory cleaning is done once every 3 days. Toilet/ bathroom was very compact too but contained everything you could need- dental and shaving kit, cotton, hair ties etc. Bath water was comfortable temperature. Bed is a bit springy (which wasn’t the best but we slept ok). Breakfast was limited but prepared ok. It was included in our stay and as a vegetarian, I found eggs, yogurt and bread as viable options to start my day. The advice on other reviews about check out helped us- make sure you get your luggage down to the lobby way before check out time as the elevators get busy.
