Not as per novotel standards. Checked in and the room was dirty. It had bread crumbs and chips on the table and floor. I complained and the reception immediately allotted me a new room. But this room the ac was not working. And if you order food they want you to come down and pick it - to deliver to the room they charge extra 6 euros.
