Hugely Overpriced and terrible stay in return

The AC was not existent and when I complained about it to the reception they said that it is like this for all the rooms. There was a bathtub which was broken which flooded the entire room, had to use multiple towels to soak up the water. Only good thing that I can think of was the cleanliness in the washroom and that is it.
