Misleading Hotel Don’t Stay Here

This Hotel should be struck off the MMT portal for good because it does not offer anything that it claims and is just makes things uncomfortable for the guests viz,. 1. The beds are terrible with poor quality mattress placed on ill fitting frames without a firm flat surface 2. No side tables 3. NO water bottles in Room, NO glasses to fetch water, NO tea coffee sachets, NO kettle or boiler, NO Umbrellas for guests amidst the rains 4.Very limited breakfast options which they have the gumption to call Brunch 5. Uncooperative and Insensitive Staff except for Mr Jose who kindly accepted to keep our parcel free of cost even if it arrived before our check in 6. The name of the Hotel itself is misleading as it is no where near the Centrale Station which has another Hotel B&B right next to it and there are many hotels between the Station and this Hotel 7. Definitely the worst hotel we used in Italy amongst all the 5 other with 3 via MMT and 2 directly
