No resolution even after concern raised to customer supp

Hi team, i have already reached out to the customer support but my issue was not resolved. As per booking i didn't get what i expected as there was no closet, no cupboards to put my luggage and things. Very bad experience. No one helped me out even after reaching out to customers care support. I will never recommend any one mmt for international booking as there is no support provided.
