The hotel stay was very comfortable. The staff were very courteous. The charming Ms. Fera & Ms. Yuli made the check out very easy. Good Rooms. The wash rooms of the Delux rooms were conjested. The breakfast needs improvement with more of Indian/English delicacies. The restaurant serves very tasty Indonesian food.

Royal Regantris kuta stay was pleasent, we stayed for 3 night and the services was good, we had the pool access as well and we opted for breakfast buffet where there were several options, including local Indonesian food becase of which we tried the sweets and savoury dishes, the hotel is close to the beach and several restaurants and stores nearby, overall good stay

Very compact and smelly washroom

I stayed for a day in room number 204. The room was compact but had a comfortable king bed. However, the washroom was very disappointing — it was extremely small and had a persistent unpleasant smell. In the morning, a strong bad odor started coming through the exhaust fan, which was unbearable. This issue really affected my overall experience, and I hope the management takes necessary steps to address it.

1. this hotel is very near to the airport it will take hardly 20-25 min by car to reach to the airport. 2. very near to the beach just 4-5 min or walk and you will reach the famous kuta beach. 3. the market is very near the malls and a lot of restaurants are just a few minutes of walk.

Pleasant experience for Indian

We had booked the Junior Suite room for 5 days. Room size is good for the area, 2 tvs and a bathtub was available. Breakfast was good, good spread for vegetarians as well. Hotel is close to beach and Kuta Art market and there are many Indian restaurants available in vicinity. Hotel staff are friendly. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
