Location is good about 5 kms from the airport. Hospitality and service are top class inline with the expectations. Breakfast buffet spread was good however I wish there were more vegetarian options in the breakfast which Indian tourists look for.

One of the best hk hotels and value for money sheratons i have stayed! staff was very friendly and enabled early check in for both rooms for us. They also guided us through choices at hotel. The rooms were unlike i have at least seen in hk hotels which are known to be tiny by all means! this one also had a wonderful view of the hills at the back and a few sky scrapers ahead! had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel

Location was good for us since it was near to disneyland which was our main objective for going to hongkong. They also have shuttle bus to metro station and airport which is very convenient. There were restaurants behind the hotel which we enjoyed. The staff were friendly as well and helpful, polite. Our room is always clean whenever when came back from tours which is very good. Our request is promptly assisted. I had asked the reception at night about the pure authorization for deposit however upon check out it seems that the agent didn’t know about it and i had to remind him and asked him about the cancellation receipt. The agent at night told me that the pure authorization will be release automatically as soon as they will cancel it but let’s see coz i haven’t received it yet.

Sheraton location is lilo far from mtr tunga chung. But shuttle service helps. There are indian food option on ground floor, subway, 7-11 store and few other restaurants. Buffet is very huge. Though it do not change much from one day to another. Indian kabuli chana and naan and boiled egg and basic options for indians. Bathroom do not have faucet or bidet. Shower is good wifi is good they didn't have early check-in when i visited since they were completely booked in nov23. Service is bit slow. They give plastic water bottle which should be changed in my opinion. Kids room is good

Location was good for us since it was near to disneyland which was our main objective for going to hongkong. They also have shuttle bus to metro station and airport which is very convenient. There were restaurants behind the Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel which we enjoyed. The staff were friendly as well and helpful, polite. Our room is always clean whenever when came back from tours which is very good. Our request is promptly assisted. I had asked the reception at night about the pure authorization for deposit however upon check out it seems that the agent didn’t know about it and i had to remind him and asked him about the cancellation receipt. The agent at night told me that the pure authorization will be release automatically as soon as they will cancel it but let’s see coz i haven’t received it yet.

Sheraton location is lilo far from mtr tunga chung. But shuttle service helps. There are indian food option on ground floor, subway, 7-11 store and few other restaurants. Buffet is very huge. Though it do not change much from one day to another. Indian kabuli chana and naan and boiled egg and basic options for indians. Bathroom do not have faucet or bidet. Shower is good wifi is good they didn't have early check-in when i visited since they were completely booked in nov23. Service is bit slow. They give plastic water bottle which should be changed in my opinion. Kids room is good

We had an amazing trip. Hotel was very close to airport. Staff was very helpful. Hotel shuttle service to mtr station was excellent.

One of the best hk Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotels and value for money sheratons i have stayed! staff was very friendly and enabled early check in for both rooms for us. They also guided us through choices at Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel. The rooms were unlike i have at least seen in hk Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotels which are known to be tiny by all means! this one also had a wonderful view of the hills at the back and a few sky scrapers ahead! had a wonderful stay!

Location is good about 5 kms from the airport. Hospitality and service are top class inline with the expectations. Breakfast buffet spread was good however I wish there were more vegetarian options in the breakfast which Indian tourists look for.
