Hi, we stayed 7 nights in this hotel (trip inn hotel minerva) there was no telephone in room, digital locker was not working, room cleaning was done for 2 days out of 8, even after asking them again and again. I have not taken images

Being a regular business traveller, my impression for the hotel is good, considering the location, safety of the surrounding area, the hotel room. My check-in was very smooth & with a smile, if you are looking a hotel to stay next to the train station, a comfortable accommodation without frills with a good washroom facilities, this is the place.

The hotel seems to be with limited resources, normal hotel with good location, near to Frankfurt hbf. But it some where not up to the cost. Even Wi-Fi is not proper, sometimes not works properly, no electric kettle in room.
