Terrible Stay

The room was without AC and Fan. Too congested. There was false fire alarm @10.45 disturbing sleep. Staff at the counter refused to help with change. Not recommended at all. and all these miseries cost me NOT WORTH AT ALL

The rooms were not clean. There was a bed smell that comes from every room. I changed 3 rooms but still that smell persists. People drink in the room and never listen to you. Reception was also terrible. Kuchen keys are not available when ask for. And no one is ready to help. Overall terrible.
